Abstract

Abstract: 

this study aims to highlight the effective role offered by social network sites in the promotion of hotel service as a tool for communication and direct interaction with customers which allows their opinions and reactions to be known. To achieve the objectives of the study and test the hypotheses, a questionnaire will be designed for the sample of the study. the descriptive analytical method will be used, and using the statistical analysis program SPSS to analyze the questionnaire and test the validity of the hypotheses.

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الفعال الذي تتيحه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الترويج للخدمة للفندقية باعتبارها أداة اتصال وتفاعل مباشر مع العملاء تمكن من معرفة ارائهم وردود افعالهم ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والقيام باختبار الفرضيات سيتم تصميم استمارة موجهة لعينة الدراسة  وسيتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، بالاضافة الى استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي لتفريغ وتحليل الاستبيان واختبار صحة الفرضيات

cette étude vise a mettre en évidence le rôle effectif offert par les sites des réseaux sociaux dans la promotion du service hôtelier en tant qu'outil de communication et interaction directe avec les clients qui permet de connaitre leurs opinions et réactions. pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et tester les hypothèses, un questionnaire sera conçu pour l'échantion de l'étude. la méthode analytique descriptive sera utilisée, en plus utiliser le programme d'analyse statistique SPSS pour analyser le questionnaire et tester la validité des hypothèses.
